36 years in the aftermarket servicing WD’s, Jobbers, Dealers and Retail. Served in sales and management positions with aftermarket companies including: Dee Zee, Deflecta-Shield/Lund, Steel Horse, Nifty Products, and ACI. Joined WeatherTech as National Outside Sales Director in May of 2010.

South/Southwest Sales Representative
28 years in the car & truck accessory aftermarket industry. 10 years in retail as a store manager, regional field manager and regional business manager for Gem Top/Leer Retail in Oregon, California and Texas. 10 years in wholesale distribution as an outside and inside sales representative for Midwest Truck Aftermarket/Meyer Distributing. Joined WeatherTech in 2008 as Southern Region Sales Representative.
Bruce Berroth
West Coast Regional Sales Representative
24 years’ sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, working in retail and with manufacturing companies. Started in the industry with his own truck and auto accessories business. Successfully grew that company to a 20 dealer for A.R.E. Accessories sold and installed a complete line of truck and auto accessories. Worked with wholesale distributors Keystone and Competition Specialties. Joined WeatherTech in 2024 as the West Coast Regional Sale Representative.
Michael Davis
Southeast Regional Sales Representative
16 years’ experience in the automotive aftermarket with a strong truck accessory background. Worked in a Truck Accessory Retail store representing and selling a number of major brands. Michael joined the outside team in January of 2017 as the Southeast Regional Sales Representative.
