This security kit works with all grommets that are built into the WeatherTech Car Cover and includes an 8' vinyl-coated steel cable that won’t scratch your vehicle and a brass padlock with a custom-fit key.
The WeatherTech Car Cover Lock and Cable Kit provides added security for your car cover, protecting against theft and keeping the cover from blowing off in high winds and bad weather. Perfect for indoor or outdoor use, the security kit includes a vinyl-coated cable and brass lock with three keys. It installs easily by weaving the cables through the car cover's grommet holes.

The WeatherTech Car Cover Lock and Cable Kit comes with one 8' vinyl-coated steel cable.
The WeatherTech Car Cover includes built-in grommets. Additional grommets are not included with the Car Cover Lock and Cable Kit.
The Car Cover Lock and Cable Kit is designed as an anti-theft device, but has the added benefit of providing additional security during high winds or bad weather.
