BumperTopper attaches directly to your bumper’s surface with Very High Bond adhesive strips. A Center Indication Mark makes installation quick, easy and accurate. This rear bumper cover hugs the profile of your vehicle’s bumper for custom-fit protection. BumperTopper is thin enough (3mm) to allow complete closure of your trunk or hatchback, yet tough enough to protect your vehicle. BumperTopper is designed, engineered and manufactured in America.

BumperTopper is 100% made in America at WeatherTech’s facilities in Bolingbrook, IL.

How long must I wait after installing BumperTopper to drive my vehicle?

Waiting an hour or two will provide adequate adhesion for driving. Full adhesion takes up to 72 hours.

Can I install BumperTopper in winter?

Installation is recommended in temperatures 60 degrees or above, or inside a heated garage.

How thick is the BumperTopper?

The BumperTopper measures 3mm thick.

How many boxes does this product ship in?

BumperTopper ships in one box.

Is this BumperTopper car wash safe?

Yes. When properly installed, you can safely enter a car wash.

BumperTopper: Effective Bumper Protection

I really like this rear bumper protector. At just 3mm thick, it fits snugly without obstructing the rear door closure. Installation was very easy after watching the video on the WeatherTech web site. There is a lot of exposed paint on the top of the bumper on my Honda Pilot and this should protect it from daily wear. The fit and finish look great to me. The BumperTopper looks like it could have come from the factory. I should add that the WeatherTech customer service is outstanding. The first shipment of my BumperTopper was damaged in transport. A simple email with photos resulted in an almost immediate response from the WeatherTech representative who had a replacement sent to me right away. I could not be happier with the WeatherTech customer service.

I couldn’t believe that any SUV would not have this type of protection as a standard. The Weather Tech part installed so easily I was done in less than 10 minutes. The fit is perfect and doesn’t feel like an afterthought or cheap fix. When I showed it to my wife she didn’t believe I added it. Great low-profile protective bumper topper

I bought this to protect the back bumper of my new 2024 Pilot. The first time we went on a trip, I realized how easy it was for the kids to scuff the top edge of the bumper. They pull their bags and suitcases out and they drag across the top edge of the bumper. This helps eliminate that problem. It protects that top edge but isn’t too obtrusive. It has a factory look and doesn’t seem out of place. I’m a big fan of it and have had several people ask me about it. Highly recommend it as cheap insurance.

Easy to install. Great adhesion. Protects the lip of rear bumper unlike the OEM Mazda one. Cheaper too!

Bumper Topper fits and looks great on my 2022 Kia Sportage. The car is white with black accents so the black topper makes an excellent addition to the looks of the car.
